When I select the Scan to local PC it says "Not connected", even though the printer is wirelessly connected to the network just fine. When I select Scan to Network PC and hit next it just shows a blank list with nothing to select and nowhere else to hit to continue anything.
How on earth do I scan things? Those two Scan options are the only two available.

This is an issue encountered by many users who attempted to scan using the methods provided above. A possible fix is to attach the printer to the PC and install the MFP application from the Support CD. Assign the IP address to make it available in the network and share it. Then when you initiate a scanning procedure, you will be asked how and where to scan and it should work this way.

It prints only the first page and then prints a page with the following error: PCL6 Error - Insufficient Memory, Position 0x58d9b (363931), System eHeapTemp, Line 2434560, Version PCL6 7.44 05-03-2012, Error Code 11-1311.

This is an error with the operating system. Visit Microsoft Support and follow the instructions for the workaround. Don't mind the list with the affected printers, because at the time of release your device wasn't available for purchase.
I would like to know whether CLX-4190 Series is the same with CLX-4195FW?

No, the CLX-4190 Series package provides drivers and information for multiple products in the CLX-4190 series. The CLX-4195FW provides support only for this device. The difference is that you can use the CLX-4190 Series package for the CLX 4195FW device, but you can't use CLX 4195FW package for the entire series because you will encounter compatibility errors. It's advised to always use the official website of the product / manufacturer to download drivers.

This is a generic error given by the printer because of unknown reasons. Before attempting another printing operation, unplug the printer from PC and go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). Locate the printer in the Printers category and remove it by uninstalling its driver. Reboot the computer and then let windows configure the printer again. Turn on the printer and then press the POWER button for a few seconds to completely reset it. It should work afterwards.
Yes, you can print envelopes with your printer. Place the envelope in your printer multipurpose tray with the flap side up. Open the printing program on your computer, select the page size as envelope from the Printing Preferences and press Print.
